Montana Power Products is currently looking for a sales manager.

• Duties include but not limited to:
• overseeing the activities/performance of the sales team
• coordinate with marketing on lead generation
• manage the training of location's sales staff
• achieve company objectives through effective organization and company processes

• Help customers to determine their needs, wants, and features of a machine
• Discuss extra products such as accessories
• In-store sales, online sales, and phone sales
• Stay in touch with existing customers and potential customers about new deals and vehicles
• Deliver and pick up products to customers
• Must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Have the ability to work well with others
• Be honest and transparent with customer

• Additional Job Details:
• This is an hourly pay job, NOT SALARY. Overtime is calculated into the yearly $ amount.
• Job is full-time
• Pay depends on experience
• Previous experience in sales recommended but not required; on the job training provided
• We provide all tools and equipment for the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
